Job summary

Loungers is seeking a People Operations Manager at our Bristol head office to lead the operational engine of the People function, turning strategy into simple, scalable, well-governed ways of working across many sites.

You will own people systems and data, drive governance, reward delivery and core processes, working with managers and senior leaders to simplify experiences and move us toward streamlined, scalable practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in People Operations/HR Operations/HR Manager roles in fast-paced, multi-site businesses.
• Experience coaching or developing others with a clear leadership style.
• Ability to balance strategy and detail and translate data into action.
• CIPD qualification is useful.

Responsibilities

• Lead core People Operations processes to support sites and Head Office.
• Own governance, data, reporting and system improvements (including Sona).
• Deliver reward activity, pay reviews, benefits and communications.
• Collaborate with other People functions to align with company priorities.
