Job summary

ARIA is seeking an experienced People Operations Manager to join our growing team in London. You’ll partner with employees, managers and senior leaders to deliver an excellent People experience across the organisation, coaching managers and ensuring fair, compliant policies and processes.

You’ll lead on payroll, HRIS data integrity, and use analytics to improve wellbeing, learning and development, performance and culture.

Qualifications

• Strong People Operations generalist experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, hands-on team player with exceptional communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of UK employment law and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical advice across the employee lifecycle to employees, managers and leaders.
• Coach managers to navigate people matters with confidence and fairness.
• Own day-to-day People Operations activities including payroll processing and HRIS data integrity.
• Streamline HR workflows and use data to deliver insights to leadership.
