Job summary

ARIA is seeking an experienced People Operations Manager to join our growing team in London. This hands-on role partners with employees, managers and senior leaders across the employee lifecycle, delivering practical advice and guidance and ensuring policies comply with UK employment law.

You will coach managers, streamline processes, manage payroll and HRIS (Bob), and drive learning and development, wellbeing and performance initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive People Operations experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience with HRIS and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical guidance on People policies and lifecycle.
• Coach managers on performance, wellbeing and development.
• Maintain and update People policies in line with legislation.
• Oversee payroll and HRIS data accuracy.
• Drive automation and analytics across People processes.
