ARIA is seeking an experienced People Operations Manager to join our growing team and shape an excellent People experience across the organisation. This hands-on role partners with employees, managers and leaders, providing practical advice on the employee lifecycle while ensuring fair, compliant policies and processes.

You will drive improvements in People processes, maximise our tech stack, support performance and wellbeing, and foster an inclusive environment where colleagues can excel.

Qualifikationen

• Strong People Operations generalist experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, hands-on team player with exceptional communication and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and handling confidential information with discretion.
• Highly organized, able to manage competing priorities and drive process improvements.
• Experience with HR data reporting to support decision-making and insights.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems (Bob) and Google Workspace.

Aufgaben

• Build relationships and provide trusted advice on People policies and best practices.
• Champion a positive workplace culture and wellbeing, embedding equality, diversity and inclusion.
• Partner with Talent to ensure smooth onboarding for new starters.
• Support performance management cycles including probation, goals and appraisals.
• Develop, review, and enforce People policies in line with legislation and company needs.
• Line manage the People Operations Associate and guide their development.
• Own day-to-day People Operations activities, payroll, and HRIS data integrity.
• Streamline workflows and maximise tech to deliver analytics and insights to leadership.
• Promote continuous learning and manage ARIA’s e-learning platform and development budgets.
