SurePoint Technologies is seeking a thoughtful, organized People Operations Coordinator to help create a smooth employee experience. You’ll join a three-person People team and support interview scheduling, onboarding, benefits, employee changes, and offboarding.

You’ll keep employee information accurate, coordinate with Payroll, IT, Finance, and managers, and help employees find clear answers to everyday questions. This role offers meaningful ownership with supportive teammates.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in people operations or HR coordination.
• Experience supporting benefits enrollment or vendor coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Monitor People Team inbox and route requests appropriately.
• Coordinate interviews, communications, background checks, and prehire paperwork.
• Guide new employees through onboarding and orientation.
• Handle benefits enrollments and life-event changes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with leaves and exits.
• Collaborate with Payroll, IT, Finance, and managers on changes.
