Inizio is seeking a People Operations Specialist on Onboarding (Maternity Cover) to manage the end-to-end new hire journey. You will process hires in Workday and Greenhouse, monitor tasks in Service Now, and drive a seamless candidate experience from offer through induction.

The role focuses on background checks, RTW compliance, visa/documentation accuracy, and timely payroll alignment, while building strong relationships with colleagues and candidates throughout the onboarding journey.

• Experience supporting onboarding processes and new-hire journeys.
• Excellent communication and candidate experience focus.
• Strong attention to documentation and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Process onboarding in Greenhouse and Workday.
• Monitor onboarding tasks in Service Now and ensure timely completion.
• Manage background checks and Right to Work documentation.
• Provide up-to-date reporting for compliance and audits.
• Ensure accurate payroll timelines and referral payments when needed.
