OneSchool Global UK is seeking a proactive People Operations Coordinator to support colleagues across the region. Based at the Regional Support Office (relocating to Coventry from September 2026), you will drive onboarding, employee records, and payroll liaison activities while ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle from offer through employment and beyond.

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator to join our People & Culture team and play a key role in supporting colleagues across OneSchool Global UK. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing processes, building positive relationships, ensuring compliance, and providing first-class support throughout the employee lifecycle. Based in our Regional Support Office, you'll be responsible for coordinating onboarding, pre-employment screening, employee administration, payroll liaison activities and maintaining accurate employee records. You'll work closely with campus leaders, new starters and the wider People & Culture team to ensure a seamless employee experience from offer stage through to employment and beyond. Please note, our UK Regional Support Office will be relocating to Coventry from September 2026.
