OneSchool Global UK is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support Principals and campus leaders across a regional portfolio. You will provide expert HR guidance, coach leaders, and drive change initiatives while balancing operational casework with strategic people projects.
This hybrid role involves regular campus visits and remote work, with a focus on building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering practical solutions that align with organisational goals.

Partnering with Principals and campus leadership teams across your region, you'll provide expert HR support and guidance across a broad range of people matters. This is a varied and highly visible role where you'll balance operational employee relations support with strategic initiatives, leadership coaching, organisational change and continuous improvement projects.
You’ll become a trusted advisor to leaders, helping them create high-performing teams and positive workplace cultures while ensuring people decisions align with organisational objectives.
Location & Travel
This is a hybrid role with regular travel across your designated campus portfolio.
Travel is an essential and rewarding part of the role, allowing you to build meaningful relationships, understand local challenges and provide visible support to leaders and teams across the region.
We're looking for an HR professional who combines strong technical expertise with exceptional relationship-building skills. You'll be confident, proactive and capable of operating independently across a geographically dispersed region.
