Job summary

Zurich Cover-More in the United Kingdom is seeking a recent HR Graduate to join our People Operations team. You’ll support employee lifecycle administration, respond to queries, and help ensure a seamless experience for our people and leaders across the region.

This hybrid role offers 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after a training period, with exposure to payroll, onboarding, offboarding, reporting, and HR projects while you grow CIPD knowledge and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Recent HR graduate via degree or apprenticeship.
• Experience through internships or apprenticeships is a plus.
• Pursuing CIPD level 3 is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/PowerPoint/Excel).
• Interest in employment law and HR best practices.
• Proactive learner with passion for great employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Support employee lifecycle administration and records accuracy.
• Respond to employee queries with high service levels.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare contracts, letters, and HR documentation.
• Provide payroll administration support.
• Maintain HR systems and data integrity.
• Generate HR reports and insights.
• Assist with recruitment administration and documentation.
• Coordinate induction activities for new hires.
• Support People Advisors and HR Partners with various matters.
• Assist with health and safety administration.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the business.
