The company's internationally recognised brands are sold in more than 90 countries worldwide.

If you're driven, eager to learn, and looking for a company that will support your development and career progression, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

  • The opportunity to work within a multinational business and collaborate with international HR teams.
  • Involvement in meaningful HR projects and initiatives.
  • A clear pathway for career progression into HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, and future leadership roles.
  • The chance to build your experience in a fast-paced, supportive, and people-focused environment.
About the Role

As an HR Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the UK HR function and delivering a positive employee experience. Working closely with managers, employees, and HR colleagues, you'll provide operational HR support while developing your expertise across a broad range of HR activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early HR experience who is looking to advance their career within a successful global organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities for new employees.
  • Prepare employment contracts, probation reviews, and employee documentation.
  • Manage employee lifecycle administration, including leavers and exit interviews.

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures remain compliant with employment legislation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.
  • Support payroll-related administration and monthly updates.
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee wellbeing initiatives.
  • Support performance reviews and career development programmes.
  • Assist with learning, training, and employee engagement activities.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
