Westfield Health Group is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to support HR queries across the group and manage onboarding, payroll and benefits. You’ll sit in the People Operations team, reporting to the People Operations Manager, helping colleagues across the UK and Europe.

You’ll handle contracts, lifecycle administration, payroll inputs and HR data with a focus on accuracy and compliance, supporting improved ways of working as we grow.

Formación

• CIPD Level 3 or above is desirable.
• Experience as an HR Administrator or People Operations Assistant.
• Hands-on payroll experience and understanding of end-to-end process.
• Good grasp of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail with employee data.
• Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for HR queries across the Group.
• Maintain UK absence records and flags for follow-up.
• Run lifecycle admin from onboarding to leavers.
• Prepare and issue contracts and letters.
• Handle benefits enrolments and changes.
• Keep documents accurate, timely and compliant.
• Prepare payroll inputs with external vendors.
• Maintain HR records in systems and produce HR reports.
• Contribute to projects and improve processes.
