Zusammenfassung

Carnival UK is seeking an Executive, People Support to join the People Services team. The role supports the Team Leader by handling employee lifecycle inquiries across channels, delivering training, and escalating complex issues to SMEs.

A hybrid setup allows up to two days home-based work, with a focus on timely, accurate responses and GDPR-compliant handling. The ideal candidate brings experience with HR systems, UK employment law, and strong communication skills, complemented by CIPD Level 3

Qualifikationen

• Experience of employee lifecycle processes with HR systems.
• Knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Experience in customer service environment.
• CIPD Level 3 or working towards; knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud/Qualtrics desirable.

Aufgaben

• Respond to and resolve enquiries from managers, colleagues and external customers for all employee lifecycle processes in a timely, customer-focused way.
• Raise awareness of emerging enquiry patterns and reduce Tier 1 enquiries by promoting Tier 0 information and updating knowledge logs.
• Deliver face-to-face training and induction to colleagues and managers on People policies and procedures.
• Ensure Tier 2 enquiries are escalated to Subject Matter Experts for speedy resolution and support other team duties as needed.
