Splendid Hospitality Group is seeking a People Advisor to join the People Team. Based at our Watford head office, the role is permanent and hybrid, with four days on-site and occasional travel.

You will provide practical HR guidance, maintain records, support systems, onboarding and data reporting, ensuring policies are applied consistently. You will bring at least two years of HR advisory experience, a CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, and strong knowledge of ER, employment law, compliance and HR

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ HR advisory experience, with CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
• Good understanding of employee relations, employment law, compliance and HR systems.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to build trusted relationships with People Managers and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Deliver day-to-day People Operations support and respond to queries with a high-quality service.
• Be the go-to for People queries and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Maintain ER records, track cases and support managers to apply policies consistently.
• Keep employee records and People data accurate, support reporting and compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation and induction with Talent and L&D.
• Coordinate training and ensure access to learning platforms.
• Support monthly People KPI reporting with Talent, L&D and People Business Partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve People processes and Ways of Working.
• Manage key People administration and keep intranet content up to date.
