Job summary

Gap Personnel Limited is seeking a people-focused HR Advisor to join a close-knit HR team in a hybrid manufacturing setting. You will support managers with everyday HR matters, help implement training and personal development plans, and guide the employee journey from recruitment to exit.

You will bring experience in a busy HR role, CIPD Level 3 and progress toward Level 5, plus a solid understanding of employment law, GDPR, and HR policies. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy HR role.
• CIPD Level 3 and working towards Level 5.
• Sound understanding of employment law, HR policies and GDPR.
• Experience supporting training, development or HR projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for managers and employees.
• Provide clear, practical advice on HR policies and employment matters.
• Identify training needs and implement development actions.
• Foster conversations about performance, progression and goals.
• Support the full employee journey from recruitment to exit.
• Ensure accurate employee records and payroll/benefits coordination.
• Contribute to HR projects that improve employee experience.
