People Operations Administrator

Location: Bristol

6 Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC)

Are you an organised and proactive administrator with a passion for people and process? We're looking for a People Operations Administrator to join our supportive and collaborative People Team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build or grow their career in HR and people operations.

About The Role

As a People Operations Administrator, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience across the full lifecycle - from onboarding to payroll and everything in between. You'll be a go-to person for day-to-day HR queries and the engine behind many of our core people processes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver high-quality admin support across onboarding, engagement, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate inductions and manage compliance training for all new joiners.
  • Support recruitment activity through our Applicant Tracking System - from interview scheduling to candidate communication.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support workflow management through our People Operations system.
  • Prepare reports, collate data, and support monthly payroll and benefits processes.
  • Raise purchase orders and help process invoices using our ERP system.
  • Ensure a positive, consistent, and confidential service across all people-related touchpoints.
