Role Overview

We are seeking a People Operations Administrator to support the daily HR and Recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and engaging employee lifecycle experience. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, people-focused individual eager to grow within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes
  2. Maintain and update HRIS records with accuracy and confidentiality
  3. Manage employment documentation, background checks, and compliance tasks
  4. Monitor system data quality
