People Operations Administrator to support the daily delivery of our HR and Recruitment processes, together we will create a smooth, engaging experience across the employee lifecycle. This is a great opportunity for a People Operations Administrator whos detail-oriented, people focused, and ready to grow within a dynamic team.
What You Will Do As a People Operations Administrator
- Support the onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes
- Maintain and update HRIS records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage employment documentation, background checks, and compliance tasks
- Own system quality, by monitoring the quality of data that we input as a team
Experience/Qualifications Of a People Operations Administrator
- Strong organisational and administrative skills/experience
- Discretion in handling confidential employee information
- Confident communicator and team collaborator
- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite, namely Word / Excel.
