Job summary

PwC UK in Manchester is seeking a Senior Associate to drive and deliver key people processes across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with teams across the People Function to review, redesign and enhance processes, leverage technology, improve governance and reporting.

Working with stakeholders across People Solutions, Business Partnering and Centres of Excellence, you will identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and employee experience through data-driven decision making

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, People Function or shared services environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across People processes using continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement process improvements for service delivery and employee experience.
• Maintain governance, documentation and knowledge management for policies and standards.
• Manage a portfolio of workforce-related cases across performance, appeals, reward and other processes.
• Use data to generate insights, monitor performance and inform decisions.
• Deliver projects and change initiatives with stakeholders and communicate benefits.
