Francis Hotel Bath is seeking a proactive People Manager to lead the hotel’s people agenda, coach leaders and deliver an exceptional employee experience. You will partner with managers to build high‑performing teams, foster an inclusive culture, and align people practices with business goals.

You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR administration, while championing wellbeing, compliance and development across the property.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading HR initiatives in hospitality with a focus on employee experience.
• Proven ability to coach leaders, drive engagement and build high‑performing teams.
• Knowledge of UK employment law, payroll processes and HR best practices.

Aufgaben

• Act as the trusted People lead for the hotel and advise managers on people matters.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, disciplinary and absence processes.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding, plus workforce planning.
• Manage people operations, onboarding, contracts and records.
• Partner with Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Drive attendance, wellbeing and engagement initiatives across the hotel.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law and GDPR.
• Support learning, development and career progression initiatives.
• Lead engagement and culture initiatives and support organisational change.
