The Francis Hotel Bath is seeking a passionate People Manager to lead our hotel’s people agenda, coach leaders and enhance the employee experience. You will partner with managers to develop high-performing teams and embed our welcoming, connected, proper, imaginative and thoughtful culture.

Based in Bath, this on-site role offers a salary of £37,500-£38,500 plus benefits and the chance to grow within a family-owned business that values stewardship, development and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Experience as a People Manager or HR leader in hospitality
• Proven ability to lead employee relations and wellbeing
• Knowledge of UK employment law and GDPR

Responsabilités

• Lead People Leadership & Business Partnering across the hotel
• Manage employee relations, investigations, disciplinary & absence matters
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning
• Oversee HR administration across the employee lifecycle
• Coordinate payroll with Finance
• Support attendance, wellbeing and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law and GDPR
• Support learning, development and talent management activities
• Drive employee engagement and an inclusive culture
• Champion values and organizational development
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all matters
