Job summary

Travelodge Bath City Centre is seeking an Hotel Manager who will lead and develop the hotel team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will coach staff, manage recruitment and inductions, and ensure brand standards across food, beverage and operations.

You will drive performance through coaching, engage in incentive schemes, and oversee rota management, banking and health & safety to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a service-led customer-facing industry.
• Food & beverage experience is advantageous for Bar Cafe hotels.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.

Responsibilities
