Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking an enthusiastic HR and People Coordinator to partner with the General Manager and leadership team. You will coordinate HR activities across the hotel, focusing on employee engagement, recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll administration, and people systems management.

This role acts as a culture ambassador, driving engagement initiatives, wellbeing activities and recognition programmes to create a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, recruitment, training, employee engagement, administration or a similar coordination role.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Passion for people, culture and creating a positive employee experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Culture, engagement & employee experience: champion the hotel's culture, deliver engagement initiatives, wellbeing activities and team events, manage engagement calendar, support forums and feedback activities.
