Job summary

Kinetic Solutions Group is seeking an organized HR Coordinator to support day-to-day activities across recruitment, onboarding, employee support, HR systems and engagement. You will work closely with the HR Manager to keep HR operations running smoothly and to grow in a hands-on role.

The role offers exposure to BPSS processes, people data handling and a variety of HR duties, with opportunities to take on more responsibility as you develop.

Qualifications

• HR experience, willingness to learn and develop your HR career.
• Solid understanding of core HR processes and data handling.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communication with employees, managers and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable using HR systems and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment from vacancy through to offer and checks.
• Onboard new starters and manage induction elements.
• Provide first-line HR support to staff and managers.
• Track lifecycle processes including probation and leavers.
• Support HR systems, reporting and data integrity.
