Job summary

Rentokil Initial Group is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to support HR functions across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, records management and payroll processing. The role involves advising on absence management, maintaining data in Workday, and assisting with HR projects and reporting, with a clear path to CIPD study.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable high attention to detail.
• Good experience and knowledge of IT systems, preferably Google Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to flex working style across a diverse client group.
• Further Education qualifications to grade C / Merit equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, records management and offboarding.
• Support payroll instructions and ensure timely monthly payroll submission.
• Advise on absence management and support line managers with queries.
• Maintain accurate employee records in Workday, ensuring confidentiality.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards on headcount, turnover and training.
• Assist in HR projects and annual cycle activities (PDR, Talent & Succession).
• Provide general HR administration and support to the HR team.
