Job summary

Huntress - Crawley is seeking a Technology Officer (Training and Systems Support) in Horsham. The role focuses on people, communication and training rather than pure IT, helping financial advisers get the most from the systems they use daily.

You will train, support, and guide advisers across the UK, delivering training both in person and remotely, while developing user guides and supporting system introductions. A hybrid working pattern applies after probation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training to financial advisers or similar audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, patient and customer-focused approach.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence learning new software.
• Proactive, adaptable attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training to financial advisers, both face-to-face and remotely.
• Support new firms as they get set up and become familiar with the organisation's software systems.
• Act as a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for software questions.
• Demonstrate systems to prospective new users.
• Create and update user guides and training materials.
• Assist with system improvements, testing and upgrades.
• Support data analysis, cleansing and migration projects.
• Build strong relationships with advisers and colleagues across the business.
