Qualifications

• Experience training staff in financial services (FS).
• Strong experience delivering technology training to advisers.
• Good knowledge of Intelligent Office and Dynamic Planner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technology assistance to advisers.
• Conduct data analysis to improve system use and client outcomes.
• Provide software training and support for FS teams.
• Contribute to ongoing system improvements while ensuring compliance.
• Assist in on-boarding and training of new staff.
