Job summary

Huntress in Horsham is seeking a Technology Officer to bridge technology and people within the Operations team. You will support stakeholders, deliver training, and help users get the most from their systems.

This permanent, full-time role offers £35,000–£40,000 depending on experience and a mix of office-based and hybrid work after probation. Strong Excel, communication, and problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering training.
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Supporting stakeholders with software queries, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
• Delivering engaging training - face-to-face and remote - to non-technical users.
• Analysing and cleansing back-office data, including migrations.
• Demonstrating systems to prospective stakeholders.
• Helping test and shape new system enhancements.
• Keeping training materials fresh, clear, and up to date.
