• Experience leading a team in a customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to drive performance and deliver results.

• Strong organisational skills including rota planning and workload prioritisation.
• Understanding of compliance, safety and operational standards.
• Collaborative mindset for a team-centered environment.
• Confident use of systems, reports and data to make decisions.

• Lead your team to deliver strong performance while providing great care to customers and patients.

• Coach, develop and manage your team through regular conversations and clear goals.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations: planning, scheduling, staffing and workload prioritisation.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety and ease of shopping.
• Monitor stock availability, cost control and loss prevention.
• Ensure audits, checks and risk assessments are completed for compliance.
• Use data and in-store insight to spot opportunities and take action.
• Provide store leadership in the absence of the Store Leader.
