Valor Hospitality is seeking an HR Officer to support the hotel team across recruitment, onboarding, training, wellbeing and recognition. You will maintain records and provide practical HR support, working with department managers to keep people processes running smoothly.

Ideal candidates will be organised, approachable and discreet, with experience using HR systems and a passion for excellent service. The role includes handling right-to-work checks, visa monitoring and staff engagement

Responsabilités

• Support recruitment, onboarding and hotel inductions, including right-to-work checks and visa monitoring.
• Maintain accurate team member records and help managers use all people systems.
• Coordinate statutory and brand training, tracking completion and compliance.
• Assist with team engagement, including recognition and wellness activities.
• Manage uniforms, badges, lockers and key card access.
• Monitor absence, support timely return-to-work meetings and policy follow-up.
