Job summary

G's Group is seeking a proactive HR Officer to support operational teams across engagement, compliance, and continuous improvement of people processes. You will partner with managers to deliver initiatives that enhance the employee experience, from engagement forums to HR system rollouts.

The role covers employee relations, learning and development, data reporting, and supporting people planning with the HR Director and site leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months HR experience in an operational or generalist role.
• Good understanding of employee relations, engagement, and HR processes.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Proactive, solution-focused approach with great attention to detail.
• Confidence with HR systems and data reporting.
• Desire to develop further within the HR space.

Responsibilities

• Engagement & Culture: Support Great Place to Work initiatives, cascade survey results, facilitate listening sessions, and coordinate action plans that drive meaningful change.
• People Planning: Work with HR Director, HRBP, and site leaders to create and deliver People Plans, tracking progress.
• Employee Relations: Provide triage-level ER support and guidance to managers, ensuring policy compliance and timely resolution.
• Operational Support: Partner with managers on people-related initiatives such as digital transformation, process improvements, and training rollouts.
• Learning & Development: Help drive mandatory training completion, support capability development, and promote continuous learning.
• HR Data & Reporting: Prepare people metrics, reports, and board-level slides to support informed decisions.

About You
