Job summary

Candid Hospitality is seeking an HR administrator to support HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, and records management. The role includes payroll support, responding to routine HR queries, and preparing reports and templates.

You will liaise with managers, employees, and external partners to ensure smooth processes and compliance, working closely with leadership to scale HR as the company grows.

Responsibilities

• Support HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, correspondence and maintaining accurate records.
• Assist with monthly payroll preparation, respond to routine HR queries, and produce reports, spreadsheets and template documents.
• Liaise with managers, employees and external partners to keep processes running efficiently and support compliance.
• Work closely with business leadership to improve HR administration and help meet the changing needs of our growing team as the company develops.
