Job summary

COREcruitment is seeking an HR Officer for a luxury hotel group in London. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment across hotel departments, sourcing high-calibre talent and onboarding new hires, while supporting broader HR activities.

The successful candidate will have recruitment experience, strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality staffing. Knowledge of UK employment law is advantageous, with a benefits package offered alongside salary up to £36,000.

Qualifications

• Previous HR Officer/Coordinator or Talent Acquisition experience, ideally in hospitality or luxury service.
• Passion for recruitment and building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, positive approach.
• Knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across hotel departments, from sourcing through onboarding.
• Proactively identify talent through job boards, LinkedIn, networking and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with departmental managers to understand recruitment needs and guide the process.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, references and pre-employment checks.
• Support onboarding and ensure a seamless induction for new colleagues.
• Assist with general HR administration, employee relations, compliance and HR projects.
• Maintain accurate employee records and recruitment reporting.
• Promote the employer brand and support initiatives that enhance engagement and retention.
