Job summary

RGIT Australia is seeking a practical People Partner to support managers and teams across the employee lifecycle in the UK. You will provide coaching, advice and hands-on HR support on ER, recruitment, performance, policies and day-to-day People matters, with a focus on embedding our values.

This hybrid role combines home-based work with in-person presence at our hotels, helping build strong relationships, implement Employment Hero, and shape how we support our people as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR generalist in the UK with practical knowledge of employment law.
• Ability to advise on a broad range of employee relations matters and coach managers.
• Experience partnering with managers on recruitment, onboarding and performance.
• Familiarity with HRIS and HR systems; Employment Hero experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted first point of contact for day-to-day People and HR queries from managers and team members.
• Support the full lifecycle of employees including probation, changes to terms, promotions and leavers.
• Prepare employment documentation and support payroll in collaboration with the payroll team.
• Develop clear guidance and resources to help managers navigate People matters.
