Job summary

Systemiq in London seeks a People Experience Partner to support leaders and Associates globally, owning core people processes and employee relations casework. You will report to the Head of People Experience and collaborate with the wider People team to drive talent outcomes.

The role requires four+ years in HR generalist or partner roles, solid knowledge of UK employment law, data-driven decision making, and a customer‑oriented mindset. Hybrid work pattern with occasional travel is offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in an HR generalist, HRBP or People Advisory role.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and practice; readiness to learn new jurisdictions.
• Clear and structured communicator with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Analytical mindset; uses data to shape recommendations.
• Comfortable using AI tools for drafting, research, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on talent topics and people processes across global teams.
• Own end-to-end delivery of core people processes and employee relations casework.
• Provide guidance and training to leaders on performance, development and employee lifecycle processes.
• Analyse people data to surface insights and drive improvements in processes.
• Support onboarding, probation, leave, return-to-work and exits with a people-first approach.
