Job summary

Revlon Manufacturing & Distribution is seeking an experienced HR Generalist/People Partner to join its HR team in a hybrid role. You will advise managers, manage employee relations cases end-to-end, and apply UK employment law across Head Office and retail populations.

You will also drive recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities while supporting organisational change and wellbeing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HR Advisor/Generalist role.
• Strong employee relations experience with case management.
• Practical knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting recruitment and the broader lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner and first point of contact for managers within your client group.
• Manage employee relations cases end-to-end, ensuring fair and timely handling.
• Provide confident advice on UK employment law, HR policies and best practice.
• Coach managers to handle people matters with effective conversations.
• Support organisational change and employee consultation processes.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment within your client group from adverts to onboarding.
• Support lifecycle stages including probation, performance reviews and internal moves.
• Collaborate on global HR programmes and ensure local embedding.
