Job summary

NHS Supply Chain is seeking a People Experience Partner to join our team on a 12-month FTC, with hybrid work and offices in Nottingham or Wakefield. You will translate the People Strategy into practical actions to improve colleague experience, while partnering with leaders to deliver people plans aligned with business goals.

You will support employee relations, performance, and talent planning, using data to identify trends and inform decisions. Immediate start available.

• Experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Strong employee relations knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to analyse people data and translate insights into practical actions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Job Title: People Experience Partner

Function: People Team

Location: Hybrid Work - Expectation is two days per week at either our Nottingham or Wakefield office

Contract type: FTC - 12 months

Number of roles - 2 x Nottingham, 1 x Wakefield

Required start date: Due to the immediate business need to support the delivery of key priorities and objectives within the current financial year, we are seeking candidates who are available to start immediately or who have a notice period of no more than four weeks.

NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a People Experience Partner to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first.

The People Experience Partner plays a key role in delivering our People Strategy through strong partnerships with leaders and managers across assigned directorates.

Combining a people-centred approach with data-led decision making, the role supports the delivery of directorate people plans that drive colleague engagement, capability, performance and organisational effectiveness.

Working closely with People Experience Leads, specialist People teams and business leaders, the People Experience Partner provides pragmatic advice, coaching and challenge to ensure people priorities align with business objectives and organisational values. The role focuses on translating People Strategy into practical actions that improve colleague experiences and support business performance.
