Drawing on your employee relations expertise, you will influence positive outcomes for colleagues and the organisation, build organisation capability through coaching and guidance, and play a key role in shaping how people relations is delivered across NHS Supply Chain. Through trusted partnerships and a pragmatic approach, you will help foster a positive workplace culture that enables colleagues and teams to thrive.
