Job summary

Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading international organisation to recruit a Senior HR Manager - Change and Transformation to join a newly evolving HR Centre of Excellence team. This role offers a pivotal part in a major HR transformation across a multi-country European business.

You will shape people practices, redesign core HR frameworks, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive adoption of changes through governance, data insights, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a specialist HR discipline such as: Org Development, Reward & Compensation, Talent Management, Performance Management, HR Transformation, Learning & Development.
• Experience designing and implementing HR frameworks, policies, operating models, or organisational change programmes.
• Strong knowledge of at least two of: job grading/architecture, performance management, promotion frameworks, reward/remuneration, cross-functional project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead review and redesign of HR frameworks: job grading, architecture, PM, promotion, and rewards.
• Drive large-scale HR transformation initiatives from concept through to implementation and adoption.
• Review and enhance HR operating models across HRBPs, CoEs, and operations.
• Partner with senior leaders across countries to deliver practical, business-focused solutions.
• Develop governance, policies, processes, and training programmes for sustainable change.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement to build alignment.
