Job summary

TfGM's People directorate is seeking a People Systems and Data Analyst to turn workforce data into clear insights, dashboards and reporting processes that support decision-making across the organisation.

You will work with HR, payroll and planning data using Excel, Power BI and Power Automate, engaging with stakeholders to translate requirements into accessible management information.

Qualifications

• Experience extracting, manipulating, validating and presenting data.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyse workforce data from HR, payroll, absence and planning sources.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and datasets.
• Support data quality, system improvements and testing processes.
• Provide clear insights to managers and stakeholders.
