Job summary

Leeds Building Society in Leeds is seeking a data analyst to turn workforce data into clear, actionable insight. You’ll interpret monthly trends, identify risks and opportunities, and help senior leaders understand what the data means and what actions should follow.

You’ll coordinate Data Subject Access Requests, maintain governance processes, and ensure data quality, integrity and regulatory compliance across the Society.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data analysis and insight generation.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong curiosity and stakeholder skills to understand and challenge requirements.
• Experience capturing, cleansing and combining information from multiple sources.
