Job summary

SPG Resourcing is seeking a Data and Insights Manager in Leeds to drive trusted reporting and data capability across the business. You will lead a Data & Insights team, shaping self-service BI, data governance, and a broader data strategy to deliver on digital priorities.

The role combines people leadership with stakeholder engagement, overseeing data services, roadmaps, and governance to enable data-driven decision making across functions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Data, Analytics, BI or Reporting teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to influence senior business & tech stakeholders.
• Experience managing competing priorities and delivering in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Data & Insights team with clear objectives.
• Own workload planning and capacity management aligned to business priorities.
• Set and improve team ways of working including stand-ups and retrospectives.
