Job summary

Leeds Building Society is seeking a BI Analyst to join its Data team in Leeds. You will create, improve and migrate reports, dashboards, and visualisations, working with stakeholders to translate needs into practical solutions.

You will apply SQL, data modelling and analytics to deliver trusted insights, support data lineage, and work with agile project teams. Hybrid working, with 2 days in the office, is provided along with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in a BI or data role.
• Proficiency with enterprise BI tools.
• Strong data analysis and SQL skills.
• Ability to translate stakeholder reporting needs into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Creating, improving and migrating reports, visualisations and dashboards using enterprise BI tools.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into clear solutions.
• Using data analysis and SQL to interrogate data and generate trusted insights.
• Supporting data lineage assessments and report attribute mappings.
• Working with data warehouse developers on new and enhanced data marts.
• Collaborating in cross-functional project teams using Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies.
