HUB in Leeds (Hybrid) is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to steer our data offering and mentor the analytics team. You will own end-to-end BI solutions, working directly with clients to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities include building Power BI reports, integrating diverse data sources, governing data quality, and presenting findings with clear recommendations. Strong leadership and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data analytics, BI, or consulting.
• Proven team leadership or line management experience.
• Advanced Power BI Desktop/Service skills, DAX and data modelling.
• Strong SQL skills for querying diverse relational databases.
• Excellent client-facing communication in plain English.
• Adaptable, able to manage multiple projects and messy data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data team and drive ongoing development of data services.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports tailored to client needs.
• Integrate data from multiple client sources and perform data modelling.
• Implement data governance and ensure data security.
• Present insights to clients and iterate on dashboards.
• Ensure data quality and manage dashboard refreshes.
