Coloplast is seeking a HR & TA Coordinator to join our People & Culture team in a hybrid Peterborough role. You will support HR operations and talent acquisition, delivering a welcoming onboarding experience and handling employee lifecycle processes.

You will coordinate recruitment from posting roles to onboarding, collaborate with hiring managers and the TA team, and help implement projects to improve the employee and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Some HR or recruitment experience.
• Strong administration and documentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Support onboarding and induction processes for new colleagues.
• Respond to employee queries and prepare documentation for contractual changes.
• Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems.
• Support right-to-work checks, DBS checks, professional registrations, and absence administration.
