Harlow Bros Ltd is seeking a dedicated People Coordinator to join our team at Long Whatton. The role provides high-quality operational support across the employee lifecycle, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, HRIS administration, probation, and training logistics.

You will support managers with recruitment, maintain HR records, assist with payroll inputs, and help drive performance management and policy compliance within UK employment law. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Qualifikationen

• CIPD Level 3 qualification is required.
• Strong time management and note-taking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Experience with HR platforms (Talos, Health Box HR) and Harlow Academy.
• Basic understanding of UK employment law.
• Previous HR experience is required.

Aufgaben

• Support recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems (e.g., Healthbox HR, Talos).
• Process changes to terms, leavers and probation reviews.
• Assist with payroll inputs (new starters, absence data).
• Support performance management such as probation reviews and appraisals.
• Respond to general HR queries and escalate complex issues to senior team.
• Support absence tracking and return-to-work processes.
• Ensure adherence to UK employment law and HTG policies.
• Keep up to date with employment law changes.
• Support audits and reporting for HR metrics.
• Assist internal communications, such as newsletters and policy updates.
