Job description
Your role as a People Coordinator
  • Work closely with teams across corporate and retail operations particularly within HR to ensure effective support and coordination.
  • Partner with Workday SME leads and the Systems Team to support HR operations and enhance the user experience across the business.
  • Collaborate efficiently with the Helpdesk team to deliver timely accurate responses to HCM queries and process needs.
  • Champion continuous improvement by embracing new technologies and methods that enhance HR systems and processes.
  • Consistently deliver exceptional service and support maintaining high standards across all HR touchpoints and ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
  • Monitor team and stakeholder feedback to identify areas for service enhancement and innovation.
