Job summary

Grant Thornton NI is seeking a Change Manager to join our Consulting practice. You will lead on HR and change initiatives across diverse client engagements, delivering strategic recommendations and regular updates to the Director and Partner team.

Qualifications

A third-level degree with a strong academic record.
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in consulting or corporate environment.
Project/Program Management qualifications (PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum).
Change Management qualification (e.g., Prosci).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to solve complex issues through in-depth research, workshops, analysis and strategic recommendations.
Lead the delivery of client projects and workstreams with strategic work plans and management of teams and finances.
Engage with clients in Ireland and internationally to ensure alignment with goals.
Act as a change/subject matter expert within client organisations and among colleagues.
Lead end-to-end delivery of client Change projects from initiation to completion.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
