Grant Thornton UK is seeking a Finance Consulting Manager to lead and deliver finance transformation engagements for evolving client needs. You will partner with CFOs and senior teams to drive process improvements, lead multiple projects, and manage budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• A professional accountancy qualification with meaningful post-qualification experience across finance processes.
• Experience managing multiple senior stakeholders across concurrent client engagements.
• Strong commercial mindset balancing client needs, engagement economics and risk.
• Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects, typically two at a time, directing guidance from Directors or Partners.
• Build internal and external networks, generating opportunities and collaborating with CFO Solutions teams.
• Identify root causes of client issues and translate into compelling propositions.
• Collaborate across CFO Solutions, Consulting and the wider firm to deliver for clients.
• Communicate with senior client stakeholders and manage expectations of senior colleagues.
• Take ownership of quality, compliance, and risk matters.
• Assist with practice development and engagement budgeting and timelines.
