You will work with senior teams to map journeys, implement new platforms, and embed customer-centric operating models while supporting business development. A strong growth mindset is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Third level degree with a strong academic record.
• Project Management certification and practical use of methodologies.
• Experience at Assistant Manager to Manager level (4–8 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead or support delivery of complex client projects across multiple industries.
• Define project scope, timelines, and governance, ensuring quality output.
• Drive transformation initiatives including digital and customer experience projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Support business development and bid/tender activities.
