Job summary

Royal Mail Group in the Midlands region is recruiting a Team Manager to lead a critical parcel operation at the Midlands Super Hub. You will drive safety, quality and service while developing talent and fostering a supportive, high‑performing team.

You’ll use data to identify issues, implement solutions and coach colleagues to reach demanding performance targets. A strong emphasis on attendance, wellbeing and equitable processes will be part of your daily responsibilities.
